On the tools since 16 — plumbing is all he's ever done. Now a qualified tutor who teaches the trade for a living and still works it 24/7. If it's been done on site, he's done it, fixed it, or taught it.

Is the quote really free?

Quoting over WhatsApp is always free — send photos or a short video and we'll price it up at no charge and no obligation.

If the job needs us to come out and inspect it in person, that visit is £60. Go ahead with the work and the £60 comes straight off your bill, so the visit costs you nothing. It only stands if you decide not to proceed — that way our time on the road is covered, and you're never charged for work you actually book. We'll confirm it with you before we set off, so there are no surprises.

What areas do you cover?

All of London and the surrounding areas — north, south, east and west. If you're just outside and not sure whether we reach you, ask anyway. We travel for the right job.

Do you do emergency and night work?

Yes — day or night. Burst pipe or a dead consumer unit at 2am? Message us. That's exactly the kind of job we built this for.

How do I get the fastest response?

WhatsApp with photos or a short video of the problem. The more we can see, the quicker we can quote and get moving.

Can you do the plumbing and the electrics on one job?

Yes, and that's the point of us. A bathroom needing pipework and new lighting, or a kitchen needing both — one team, one price, one point of contact. No waiting on a second trade to turn up.

What about gas work?

Ask us and we'll help. Gas work has to be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer, so we'll assess what you need and make sure the right registered person handles that part — while we take care of everything around it.

Do you take on small jobs?

Yes. No job's beneath us — a dripping tap gets the same professionalism as a full install.
